What is Megaenzyme DC™?
Megaenzyme DC™ is a concentrated supplement of enzymes, probiotics, and antibodies specially designed to reach an efficient and complete digestion, significantly improving the absorption of nutrients. Improving the pet's digestion through the hydrolytic effect of the enzymes in Megaenzyme DC™ increases bio-availability of nutrients and their absorption in the pet's digestive tract. Additionally, Megaenzyme DC™ reduces viscosity of the digesta facilitating its path through the digestive tract, preventing discomfort and improving the pet's general well being. Additionally, Megaenzyme DC™ prevents problems of digestive metabolic dysfunctions inherent to dogs and cats, prevents gases, and result in a dry and odorless excrement, also improving the general well being of the pet.
The probiotics and antibodies in Megaenzyme DC™ increase passive immunity of the pet, resulting in a higher quality pet food which protects the pet against disease, reducing pet's veterinary treatment costs while improving the pet's general well being.

Mode of action and rate of application:
With Megaenzyme DC™ a maximum availability of nutrients is achieved through the hydrolytic effects of the enzymes components in Megaenzyme DC™: PROTEASE, AMILASE, CELLULASE, LIPASE, PEPTINASE, LACTASE, protein, carbohydrate, lipids, and fiber groups. The above mentioned enzymes are produced from Aspergillus Orizae by the fermentation and extraction method.

Megaenzyme DC™ also contains probiotics (lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium thermophilum, bifidobacterium longum, Streptococcus faecium and bacillus subtilis) directed to restore intestinal microflora and to produced localized lactic acid in micro-intestinal areas resulting in contributions to the elimination of pathogenic micro-organisms in the digestive tract. Bacillus subtilis also produce digestive enzymes in intestinal micro-locations, helping in improving intestinal metabolism. Megaenzyme DC™ contains Antibody against Parvovirus.
Megaenzyme DC™ is included in pet food, mixed with water by using standard liquid dispensing systems, extrusion or pelletization and according to the following rate of inclusion 150 grams/MT of pet food. Megaenzyme DC™ is applied blended, after extrusion with oil or water.
