Pharmapex Group as well as its affiliated companies and corporate partners work with the U.S. government at all stages of a transaction to maintain its commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any required licenses from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Treasury, and U.S. Department of State.

Our group has a comprehensive compliance program, developed by its first-class team of legal professionals based on Nunn-Wolfowitz Task Force Report and Guidelines for Registered Manufacturers/Exporters Compliance Program. The main purpose of this program is establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for compliance with U.S. and international export controls and economic sanctions laws and regulations. This program includes Classification Process, Screening Procedures, Licensing Procedures, Documentation Process, Record Keeping Process, Training Process, as well as Compliance Audit Process.

Pharmapex Group works closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Veterinary Organization, and Department of Commerce in the destination countries for compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to national and domestic registration, import and distribution of its products.
